SERVICE & LEADERSHIP SUMMARy
A/Prof McGuire is an established leader within the global and national scientific communities, currently serving as a Council Member for the International Society for Advancement of Cytometry (ISAC) and on the University of Sydney Cancer Research Network Leadership Group. She provided transformative national leadership as the President of the Australasian Cytometry Society (2019–2023), where she oversaw strategic initiatives to standardise high-dimensional flow practices across the region. Her commitment to academic excellence is further demonstrated through her role as an Associate Editor for Current Protocols in Cytometry and her selection for the prestigious Homeward Bound global leadership initiative. Locally, she coordinates interdisciplinary collaborations that bridge the gap between basic immunology and clinical implementation.
