RESEARCH INTERESTs

Ali is a food science expert with substantial knowledge in food and feed chemistry, sustainable crop production, climate change, new product innovation, and adding value to agricultural waste. He possesses industrial experience in dairy and food preservation sciences. Additionally, Ali is part of multiple research teams focused on examining the effects of climate change on the quality of various crops such as sorghum, wheat, triticale, barley, and canola. He is also investigating the quality of Australian native grasses and the incorporation of agricultural waste into human and animal diets. Ali is dedicated to researching chemical contaminants in soil, water, and food, aiming to enhance environmental safety, public health, and sustainable resource management. Ali's main research interests include:
