LEARNING & TEACHING SUMMARy
In Semester I 2026, Thomas Roberts was the Unit of Study Coordinator of FOOD3002 Chemistry & Biochemistry of Foods, in which he contributed approximately half of the teaching. He is also the Unit of Study Coordinator of FOOD4002 Future Foods, in which he teaches one 3-week module and a one-week capstone module. He is also contributed to the teaching of BIOL3020 Plant Functional Biology through several lectures and practical classes. In Semester II, he is contributing to the teaching of BCMB2X02 Proteins in Cells and to AGRI5001 Sustainable Food Systems.
