BIO
Dr Thomas Readford is an experienced interventional radiographer, educator, and cardiovascular imaging researcher. His clinical and research expertise spans all aspects of cardiovascular disease diagnosis and treatment, with current appointments at Royal North Shore Hospital, The Victor Chang Cardiac Research Institute, and the University of Sydney. His work integrates advanced multimodality imaging, intraprocedural guidance for complex percutaneous interventions, and quantitative image analysis to improve clinical outcomes for patients structural heart and coronary artery disease.
In addition to his PhD from the University of Sydney, Tom holds a Master of Health Leadership and Management (MHLM) from the University of New South Wales and a Bachelor of Applied Science (Diagnostic Radiography) with First Class Honours from the University of Sydney.
