RESEARCH INTERESTs

Prof Randall has three main areas of research expertise. 1). Nursing workforce development in primary health care nursing, specifically equity and access to services and quality of services. 2) Education, specifically interactive and collaborative pedagogies and inter-professional education in PHC. 3).Qualitative methodologies specifically descriptive qualitative and phenomenology. She also has supervised several students undertaking mixed methods research studies.

Currently, Sue is the Co-clinical lead for OCEAN General Practice Nurse (GPN) and OCEAN Nurse Practitioner (NP) and part of the core team for the Occasions of Explained and Analysed (OCEAN) study which is funded by the Commonwealth Department of Health, Disability and Ageing.
