RESEARCH INTERESTs

Dr Witting's research interest is in exploring the relationship between oxidative stress/redox biology and the evolution of tissue damage in the acute setting of stroke, cardiovascular disease and inflammatory bowel disease.  His techniques base uses innovative multi-omic mass spectrometry protocols coupled with high reolsution imaging technologies to investigate redox processes in disease.
