RESEARCH INTERESTs
Professor Vitetta has research interests in the human microbiome, specifically the intestinal microbiome, biliary diseases, nutrition, functional foods (probiotics, prebiotics, postbiotics), obesity, mucosal immunity, and pro-oxidant cellular signalling systems and the delivery of medicines via novel
sub-micron particle delivery systems.
