Prof Brakoulias regularly gives lectures and tutorials to medical students, general practitioners, psychiatry trainees and psychiatrists on the topics of obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), anxiety disorders, posttraumatic stress disorder and psychosocial treatments for schizophrenia. He delivers skills based sessions relating to cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), and side effects of psychotropic medication. Prof Brakoulias also values giving talks to the general community aimed at improving mental health literacy and promoting mental health and wellbeing.
