BIO

I am a teaching and research academic in the Sydney School of Public Health. An anthropologist by training, I lead the delivery of global health teaching and a community—centred communicable diseases research programme.

 

I am co-director of the Masters of Global Health programme at the University of Sydney. I lead the global implementation science research group within USyd’s Sydney Infectious Diseases Flagship Centre. 

 

I have been the Director of Social Science at THRU Zim since 2022 and am the lead social scientist supporting Zvandiri’s evidence-based programme, Zimbabwe. I am an Honorary Associate Professor at LSHTM, where I worked 2006-2017 before joining University of Sydney.
