DrSandris Zeivots

Sandris Zeivots is a Senior Lecturer at the University of Sydney Business School. His work specialises in co-design as a driver of transformative development that promotes purposeful and meaningful work and learning. With a professional background in experiential education, Sandris investigates how co-design, Generative AI and affective dimensions can be harnessed to orient projects and organisations to impactful collective experiences.

Sandris is a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (UK) and serves on the editorial board of Active Learning in Higher Education. He is also a member of several professional networks, including Higher Education Research and Development Society of Australasia (HERDSA), Pedagogy, Education, Praxis International (PEP) network and Australasian Society for Computers in Learning in Tertiary Education (ASCILITE).

Prior to this role, Sandris developed and led learning programs across higher education, adult learning and non-government sectors in Australia and Europe.
