Clinical Director of North Star clinical trials (non-cancer arm), a role which will facilitate growth of clinical trials in the Northern Sydney Local Health District. He was Head of Department Endocrinology (2015-2023) and Acting Clinical Directory of Division of Medicine at RNSH (Dec 2023-Jun 2024). He is co-chair of the ClinGen Variant Curation Expert Panel, with Prof Tobias Else (U Mich). He was elected as a Council member of the Endocrine Society of Australia in 2022. He is Associate Editor for Endocrine Reviews, and Editorial Board Member for Journal of Clinical Endocrinology and Metabolism. He was admitted to Fellowship of Faculty of Science in 2011 (The Royal College of Pathologists of Australia) in recognition of his contribution to science in pathology.
