RESEARCH INTERESTs

Rachael is interested in areas of research which maximise the impact of the work of speech pathologists, with the goal being people with communication disability participating fully within society. In line with this goal, Rachael's interests include:

  • Use of technology to extend the reach of speech pathology services
  • Implementation of research in speech pathology practice
  • Training of key communication partners to create more positive daily interactions for people with communication disability
  • Community awareness of communication disability
