I am a registered and credentialed mental health nurse with over 30 years of clinical experience across inpatient and community settings, specialising in practice development, staff training, and clinical supervision. Since 2020, I have worked as a lecturer in mental health nursing at the University of Sydney, teaching in the Bachelor of Nursing (Advanced Studies) and coordinating units in the Master of Nursing (Pre-registration) programme.
