SERVICE & LEADERSHIP SUMMARy

My service and leadership reflect a sustained commitment to strengthening academic programs, shaping scholarly agendas, and contributing to policy and industry practice. As Business School Honours Program Director, and previously as Honours Coordinator in Work and Organisational Studies, I have overseen the development, governance, and growth of honours education, supporting student progression while enhancing program coherence and viability. Beyond the university, I contribute to the academic community through editorial roles, including serving on the Editorial Board of the Australian Journal of Human Rights and as Section Editor for Supply Chains, Inter-organisational Networks and Business Ethics at the Journal of Business Ethics, where I help guide the direction of scholarship in business and human rights. My engagement extends into policy and industry through advisory and committee roles with the NSW Government’s Long Service Corporation and the Salvation Army, as well as ongoing contributions to national and sector-wide initiatives addressing modern slavery, including the Australian Institute of Criminology’s research network and the Cleaning Accountability Framework. Earlier leadership roles - spanning program directorships, accreditation processes, and curriculum redesign -have involved navigating institutional change, fostering cross-sector collaboration, and ensuring that teaching and research remain closely aligned with evolving professional and societal expectations.
