LEARNING & TEACHING SUMMARy

Although I have taught widely at Undergraduate and Postgraduate levels with units on Romanticism, on Eighteenth-Century and Early Modern European art, I also coordinate the core unit "Why Art Matters" for all second year Art History majors, and I lead the intensive "In -Situ" course, ARHT3681, Fieldwork: Art and the City" on the occasions it takes place in Paris.  I've developed and run object-based and student-led course units throughout the Undergraduate curriculum and these innovations were recognized with a Vice-Chancellor's award in 2022.
