Maria welcomes PhD students interested in advancing our understanding of human health and disease. Applicants must have at least one year of prior research experience (e.g., Honours and/or a research Master’s degree) and a minimum academic average of 85/100.

 

Current supervision opportunities include:

  • Cancer metabolism and single-cell technologies in leukaemia, spanning therapeutic strategies, relapse/resistance, and survival outcomes.
  • Precision nutrition and metabolic health, optimising metabolism for long-term health.
