1. Phase 2 Clinical Trial: Ketogenic Diet and Fasting in Chemotherapy for AML
Randomized trial testing a short-term ketogenic diet plus 24-hour fasting before and during chemotherapy in acute myeloid leukaemia. Aims to protect normal cells from chemotherapy toxicity and improve recovery.

2. ProFASTA Crossover Trial
Evaluating the effects of prolonged fasting with and without exercise on autophagy flux, metabolic, hormonal, and molecular alterations. Uses a crossover design to define optimal fasting regimen for metabolic health, inflammation control, and biological ageing deceleration.

3. Meta-Phenotypic Map of Nutritional Responses
Integration of multi-omics, hormonal, and metabolic data from prior human studies on calorie restriction, fasting, protein restriction, and Mediterranean diet. Predictive models are developed using systems biology and machine learning to map responses linking diet, physiology, and ageing.

4. e-Health Platform for Lifestyle Medicine
Digital platform delivering micro-learning modules on diet, exercise, and stress management. Incorporates virtual clinician “co-presence” to reduce anxiety and enhance engagement. Being tested as a scalable model to lower metabolic risk factors driving chronic diseases.
