Dr Lova Andriamora is an education-focused Associate Lecturer in the Discipline of Work and Organisational Studies at the University of Sydney Business School. Since 2022, he has been teaching and coordinating BUSS5221 (Creative and Analytic Mindset), a core unit of the Master of Commerce program, which enrols between 1,800 and 2,000 students in Semester 2. He also coordinates WORK6130 (Leadership in Organisations).

Dr Andriamora earned his doctorate from Central Queensland University in 2014. He also holds multiple qualifications, including a Master of Business with a specialisation in Human Resource Development, a Master of Human Services Management with a focus on Policy Development, a Certificate in Teaching from the University of Hong Kong, and a Graduate Certificate in Tertiary Education from the University of Sydney.
