Dr Kristi Griffiths is a Senior Research Fellow and Research Stream Lead at the InsideOut Institute for Eating Disorders, with over 15 years’ experience in cognitive neuroscience research across psychiatric and neurodevelopmental disorders. Her work integrates neuroimaging and experimental approaches to investigate the neural mechanisms underpinning eating disorders, with a particular focus on reward processing and cognitive control. Kristi’s research aims to improve understanding of treatment mechanisms and individual differences in treatment response, with the overarching goal of advancing personalised approaches to eating disorder care. Kristi works closely with clinical and lived-experience partners to ensure her research has clear translational relevance and informs improvements in assessment and intervention.
