I am interested in supervising theses on a variety of topics focused on applied microeconomics using microeconometric methods, with a special interest in labour economics, education, fertility, housing, crime & policy-related questions.

 

Some of the topics recent honours/MEcA students have worked on:

  • Impact of working from home on hours worked (Australia)
  • Divorce Law and the Division of Labour within Households: The Case of China
  • Estimating immigrant assimilation profiles in the Australian labour market
  • Underemployment, life satisfaction and mental health (Australia)
