BIO
A/Prof Emily Stockings (BPsycHons, PhD) is an NHMRC Fellow (Investigator Grant 2024-29), Program Lead of 'Smoking, Vaping and Mental Health' and Deputy Director, Research & Strategy at the Matilda Centre, University of Sydney. She is a Clarivate Highly Cited Researcher and Top Peer Reviewer. Her primary focus is mental and substance use epidemiology, prevention and treatment in young people, with a current focus on the prevention of e-cigarette use in young people.
A/Prof Stockings is an expert consultant to the Department of Health, Therapeutic Goods Administration and The World Health Organization. She has specialist expertise in systematic reviews and meta-analyses, and is a Cochrane Collaboration author. She has editorial roles withAddiction, The Australian and New Zealand Journal of Public Health, BMC Public Health, and Mental Health & Prevention.
