BIO

Dr Elizabeth Stratton is a Research Fellow at The University of Sydney's Faculty of Medicine and Health. She is affiliated with the Central Clinical School, the Brain and Mind Centre and the ARC Centre of Excellence for Children and Families over the Life Course. Elizabeth has worked for over a decade across management roles in the mental health sector in Australia.

Dr. Elizabeth Stratton work focuses on mental health, disability, and neurodivergence in the workplace. She completed her PhD at the University of Sydney, where she developed and evaluated an online decision aid tool (READY?) to assist employees in making informed choices about disclosing mental health conditions at work. Her research aims to improve workplace mental health support, reduce stigma, and promote inclusive employment environments for individuals with diverse abilities and neurodivergence.
