DrDaniel Hesselson

My teaching focuses on training students to work across biology, protein engineering, and AI-enabled discovery. I am committed to creating a supportive and challenging research environment in which students develop experimental skill, quantitative thinking, and scientific independence. I am particularly passionate about mentoring undergraduate (Dalyell), Honours and PhD students and helping them build the interdisciplinary capabilities needed for modern biomedical research.
