LEARNING & TEACHING SUMMARy

I am regular lecturer for the Optics Module within PHYS2213, an intermediate physics course for Electrical Engineering undergraduates. My teaching approach emphasises dynamic curriculum design, responsive assessment methods, and student-centered learning environments informed by ongoing feedback evaluation.

In research supervision, I have completed formal supervision training and co-supervised five higher degree research students (7 PhD, 1 MSc) with successful outcomes including three thesis submissions, career advancement for supervisees, and over seven student-led journal publications. My supervisees have progressed to new positions, PhD programs, and early-stage commercialization activities.
