LEARNING & TEACHING SUMMARy

Professor Camille Raynes‑Greenow is an experienced educator and supervisor in perinatal and global health epidemiology. Her teaching is grounded in real‑world public health practice, with a strong focus on applying epidemiological methods to improve maternal and child health outcomes in low‑resource settings. She is committed to fostering critical thinking, methodological rigour, and cultural humility in the next generation of public health professionals.

 

She has supervised numerous Honours, Master’s and PhD students, many of whom now hold academic, clinical and policy roles in Australia and internationally. Her mentorship emphasises supportive, inclusive research training and the development of independent, practice‑ready researchers.

Professor Raynes‑Greenow’s teaching reflects her dedication to equitable global health, evidence‑based practice, and building capacity for impact across diverse settings.
