BIO

My group's research program focuses on the biology and evolution of pregnancy, using mostly vertebrate models, especially seahorses, lizards, and sharks.

 

B Sc Agr (Hons I, Medal), PhD, FHEA. I completed postdoctoral positions at the University of Zurich and the School of Life and Environmental Sciences at the University of Sydney. I was also a Fulbright Fellow at Washington University School of Medicine. I was awarded a University of Sydney Research Fellowship from the Sydney School of Veterinary Science in 2016, followed by a L'Oreal-UNESCO for Women in Science Fellowship. I am currently an Associate Professor in the School of Life and Environmental Sciences.
