DrBrona Nic Giolla Easpaig

Bróna joins the Sydney Nursing School as a Senior Lecturer in Healthcare. She has extensive teaching experience and is passionate about supporting students to grow their knowledge and skills, and to pursue those questions that are important to them. Her research centres on working towards bettering access to care, and connectedly, health outcomes, especially for communities who negotiate disadvantage(s). Bróna’s current program of work is focused on carer-centred support, psychosocial interventions, and evidence syntheses of carer intervention programs. She previously undertook successive Research Fellowships at the Australian Institute of Health Innovation in Macquarie University, and Charles Darwin University, in implementation science in oncology and mental health, respectively. Bróna welcomes discussions about teaching, research and potential collaborations.
