Research topic: The evolution of the oral health workforce.
Aim: to identify the impact caused by the retiring workforce of the dental therapist, the implications this may have upon key stakeholders such as consumers, regional areas, tertiary institutions, and public dental services, and to provide evidence-based recommendations to alleviate potential workforce deficits.
