RESEARCH INTERESTs

My research can be categorised into three main areas:

1) Clinical service innovation and digital health

  • Expanding evidence-based models of care using digital technologies (e.g., low-intensity or low cost care)
  • Enhancing integrated care and integrated health service delivery
  • Digital behaviour insights research to enhance implementation and adoption of digital solutions, as well as user engagement in treatment;

2) Personalised care

  • Mental health stratification and stratified care (i.e., finding the right level of care at the right time in the right place)
  • Personalised psychological interventions

3) Understanding and developing interventions for psychological distress among:

  • Young people through the lens of self-regulation (i.e, exposure to chronic stressors->undermine self-regulation->distress).
  • Caregivers who experience distress from caring for a child/young person with developmental and mental health difficulties.
