MrTakuo Matsubara

Takuo Matsubara is a Lecturer in the School of Business Analytics and Marketing at the University of Sydney Business School. Prior to joining Sydney in 2026, he served as the William Gordon Seggie Brown Research Fellow at the University of Edinburgh. He earned his PhD from Newcastle University, held in conjunction with a Turing Doctoral Studentship at The Alan Turing Institute. His research centers on uncertainty quantification, distributional data analysis, robust Bayesian analysis, and machine learning.
