To date, I supervised 16 PhDs, 7 Master, 3 Honours and 2 summer students to completion (currently supervising 3 additional HDR students). I also mentor ECRs and MCR. During the last 5 years, I have trained/mentored, 6 Research Assistants, one summer student, one external PhD student, a volunteer, 2 visiting scholars (from Poland and Taiwan) and 3 junior Postdoctoral Scientists. In addition, I am involved in teaching Medical students (MD program USyd) and I have been teaching renal physiology and pathophysiology at the University of Technology Sydney for 4 years (Physiological Bases for human Movement (Subject code 91429) and human pathophysiology (Subject code 91239). My teaching was acknowledged by multiple teaching awards. I acted as an interviewer for Medical students (Medical entry program) and higher degree by research (HDR) students and was involved in the HDR students recruitment. I am also regularly involved in the annual HDR review process, and in judging presentations at different national and international meetings and allocating awards. I was a panel member of the HDR supervisory forum which used to be held at the Kolling institute.
