Dr Sera Choi completed PhD degree in molecular plant-pathogen interaction at Massey University, New Zealand. She conducted her postdoctoral research in area of molecular plant pathology and plant immune receptor biology at POSTECH, South Korea and the University of Zurich, Switzerland. She was appointed as a postdoctoral fellow in a hybrid crop development project at Plant Breeding Institute at the University of Sydney since 2024.
