BIO

Sandy Burgoyne is a smart city practitioner and Lecturer in Urbanism at the School of Architecture, Design and Planning at the University of Sydney. As an early-career researcher, her work has investigated emerging multi-actor governance practices to deliver smart and innovative cities in Australia and overseas.  Her research continues to examine the intersection of urban governance, digital infrastructures and equity, and seeks to inform policy-makers and practitioners in planning for digitally equitable cities.
