I am interested in everything related to the Riemann-Hilbert theory of differential and discrete equations on complex curves, including

• the geometry of monodromy manifolds (character varieties).
• reconstruction of equations with prescribed monodromy and special functions that arise in this context, like orthogonal polynomials, Painlevé transcendents and Heun accessory parameters.
• quantisation problems and asymptotics.
