RESEARCH INTERESTs
My current research focuses on sustainable cities, transport infrastructure and representations of nature in the construction of a range of environmental issues. Within the area of sustainable cities I am researching migration issues such as counter-urbanisation in Australia. My research on nature includes human-animal relations, particularly thoroughbred breeding and urban rewilding.
My research aligns with the Faculty of Science Research Strengths - Healthy Animals, Sustainability, Decision-Making for a Sustainable Future, Climate and Environmental Change.
