LEARNING & TEACHING SUMMARy
Nicole Espinosa has teaching experience across undergraduate and postgraduate programs at the University of Sydney, with a focus on brain health, ageing, sleep, and mental health. Since January 2025, she has served as a Tutor for Health Challenges: Sleep and Circadian Rhythms (OLET1510), where she supports student learning through tutorials and applied discussions on sleep and circadian biology and their relevance to health and disease. In this role, she has also contributed to the development of teaching materials, creating content for a module within the unit of study.
She has additional experience in assessment and evaluation as an Assignment Marker for Brain Ageing (BMRI5012) in 2024 and Anxiety and its Disorders (OLET1634) in 2020. Across these roles, she has developed strong skills in assessing student work, providing constructive feedback, and supporting high-quality learning outcomes in neuroscience and mental health–related subjects.
