RESEARCH INTERESTs

My research finds practical solutions and innovative approaches, particularly exercise, for managing dangerous body fats, cardiovascular and metabolic health in the absence of weight loss. This is a societal priority because significant and sustainable weight loss is challenging for many people.

This research program is multidisciplinary in nature and involves experts in endocrinology, hepatology, cardiology, radiology and allied health.
