Nathan’s teaching focuses on preparing oral health therapy students for successful transition into clinical practice, with a strong emphasis on work-integrated learning. He coordinates a final-year unit centred on clinical placement, where he supports students to develop clinical competence, professional identity, and confidence in patient-centred care. His teaching interests also include curriculum design, interprofessional learning, and approaches that enhance student engagement and the overall quality of clinical education.
