LEARNING & TEACHING SUMMARy

I am no longer starting any new PhD students.

I have supervised honours, postgraduate and undergraduate research students in topics related to those in which I have published. This includes biochemistry, cell biology, and mouse models of fatty liver, liver fibrosis and primary and liver cancer. I also develop improved diagnosis of liver fibrosis in patients. 

I am recipient of the 2018 Sydney Research Supervisor award and a 2019 SUPRA Postgraduate Research Coordinator of the Year award.
