DrLux Ratnamohan

Dr Lux Ratnamohan is a Clinical Academic in Psychiatry with Sydney Local Health District and the University of Sydney. In his clinical role, he works at the Rivendell Adolescent Unit as a Senior Staff Specialist on a joint health–education rehabilitation program for adolescents with complex and severe mental health difficulties. In his research role, he leads the Network for Coordinated Health–Education Interventions (NiCHE-EBSA), an MRFF-funded research program evaluating tiered supports for emotionally based school avoidance (EBSA). NiCHE is currently investigating the effectiveness of a Hub-and-Spoke health–education network for emerging EBSA, and a partial hospitalisation program for severe EBSA.
