DrLisa Simmons

Lisa Simmons is a general cardiologist at Royal Prince Alfred Hospital with a particular interest in echocardiography for structural heart disease. Lisa has been involved with the TAVI and Mitraclip programs at Royal Prince Alfred Hospital and Macquarie University Hospital. Lisa Simmons has expertise in managing maternal cardiovascular disease in pregnancy. Lisa Simmons was trained at the Alfred Hospital Melbourne, obtained the DDU in echocardiography, completed a PhD investigating the cardiovascular adaptation to pregnancy at Royal Prince Alfred Hospital, Sydney and completed further post-doctoral training in echocardiography at KU Leuven, Belgium.
