Dr Kouladjian O'Donnell is a registered credentialled pharmacist who conducts Home Medicine Reviews for older Australians. She uses this expertise tas a basis for teaching medication management review processes to students enrolled across pharmacy and NAPE Intern Training Programs within the Sydney Pharmacy School, and health degrees across FMH, including medicine, physiotherapy and dentistry. She is the coordinator for PHAR7112 Medications Management, which is currently accredited with the Australian Pharmacy Council as a course for pharmacists to become Medication Management Review (MMR) and Aged Care Onsite Pharmacist (ACOP) credentialled.
