FAST – the Falls After Stroke Trial is testing a novel home functional exercise and safety training program. It aims to reduce risk of falling and increase community participation for stroke survivors. This is an NHMRC funded trial (2019-2023) led by Professor Lindy Clemson, Sydney University and Professor Cath Dean, Macquarie University. www.faststudy.com.au

LiFE is LiFE project. Lifestyle-integrated Functional Exercise (LiFE) to promote physical activity and prevent falls in older people: Multi-center study to compare a group-based and individually mediated LiFE program with regard to effectiveness and Costs. Led by Dr Michael Schwenk, Heidelberg University. Funding: Federal Ministry of Education and Research (BMBF)
