Dr Laura Driessen is interested in:

• Searching for and investigating radio stars with the ASKAP telescope
• Searching for radio signatures of exoplanets
• Searching for variable and transient radio sources with ASKAP as part of the VAST survey and with MeerKAT as part of the ThunderKAT Large Survey Project
• Localising Fast Radio Bursts as part of the MeerTRAP team

Laura's research aligns with the Faculty of Science Research Strengths - Understanding the Universe, Earth and Space Exploration and Technologies.
