RESEARCH INTERESTs
I am a Computational Biologist and Postdoctoral Researcher at Charles Perkins Centre, the University of Sydney, working at the intersection of genomics, computational biology, and health disparities. My research focuses on leveraging large-scale genomic datasets and advanced machine learning approaches to unravel the complex interplay between genetic variation, ancestry, and disease risk-particularly in prostate cancer. I am especially interested in how ancestral genetics influences tumour biology, treatment response, and health outcomes. By integrating population-scale genomic data with environmental and epidemiological context, my goal is to advance personalised medicine and help address longstanding inequities in cancer research and care.
