A/Prof Kim Bell-Anderson is a teaching and research academic in the Charles Perkins Centre. Kim is course coordinator of NUTM3001 Introductory Nutrition and Metabolism and NUTM3888 Metabolic Cybernetics in the Nutrition Science major. Kim's research is in the area of nutritional physiology and focuses on determining the effects of dietary carbohydrate quality on cardiometabolic health.
