DrKatharina Alves Rabelo

Katharina Rabelois a lecturer in the discipline of Oral and Maxillofacial Radiology at the University of Sydney.She earned her BDS degree in Dentistry from the University of Pernambuco in 2013 and her MSD in Oral and Maxillofacial Radiology from the Brazilian Dental Association in 2014. In 2016, Dr Rabelo completed a master's degree in Clinical Dentistry, focusing on Oral and Maxillofacial Radiology research, at the University of Paraiba. During her studies, she was awarded two Predoc Research Scholarships. In 2021, Dr Rabelo received a scholarship funded by the Australian Research Council in partnership with Australian industry through a Cooperative Research Centres Projects (CRC-P) in the field of dental materials. She is involved in teaching oral and maxillofacial radiology in the Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) and Bachelor of Oral Health (BOH) programs and is engaged in research supervision at the University of Sydney.
