RESEARCH INTERESTs

Dr Craddock's research investigates how genetic ancestry, environmental exposures and epigenetic mechanisms converge to shape cancer risk and progression. Her work is particularly centred on:

  • DNA methylation and epigenomic reprogramming in prostate cancer
  • Environmental epigenomics
  • Biomarker discovery for aggressive tumours in African and underserved populations
  • Translational epigenomics for risk stratification and early detection

She leads projects using high-throughput methylation platforms and integrative multi-omics to characterise tumour heterogeneity and improve equity in genomic medicine.
