DrIngrid Mabin

Ingrid joined The University of Sydney in 2016 and coordinates and teaches DVM students in the professional practice units, and is involved in coordinating and facilitating clinical communication classes. She is one of the DVM Academic Advisors for students at SSVS. In 1989 Ingrid graduated with a BVSc from The University of Sydney and practiced as a veterinarian for over 25 years. An interest in educational pedagogy led to further studies and she completed a Graduate Diploma in Education (Science) and a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment. Ingrid completed a Master of Veterinary Science in 2015 from The University of Sydney researching teaching experiences in the clinical environment. In 2018 Ingrid completed a Graduate Certificate in Educational Studies (Higher Education) at The University of Sydney and is a Fellow of the UK Higher Education Academy (FHEA).
