I am a Clinical Academic with the Clinical School at The Children's Hospital at Westmead (CHW), which is a tertiary children's hospital with over one million patient encounters annually. As an Education academic, we cater for 500 to 750 medical students through CHW each year.

My passions include teaching medical students, paediatric trainees, Diploma, Masters and Fellowship candidates. My research focus is the healthcare of priority population children, including refugee and First Nations health, specifically middle ear disease. However, I also have research projects across the breadth of general paediatrics from Kawasaki disease to chronic lung disease. I have supervised several students to their first publications as first authors and love introducing students to the joy of caring for children and adding to the evidence how best to care for them.
